1. How long does delivery take?
Delivery to Poland typically takes 5-8 business days .
Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email from us with a link to track your package.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes!
Shipping on all orders is completely free , with no minimum purchase.
3. Where are orders shipped from?
We ship orders from our international warehouse .
This allows us to offer a wide selection of products and process orders quickly.
4. How can I track my order?
After shipping, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number.

5. What is the return deadline?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return the products if they do not meet your expectations.
6. Who covers the return costs?
The cost of returning the products is the customer's responsibility .
We will provide you with full instructions once your return has been submitted.
7. In what condition can clothes be returned?
For your return to be accepted, the garment must be:
- new and unworn ,
- clean ,
- no traces of makeup, perfume, deodorant ,
- with a set of original tags .
Worn or damaged clothing will not be accepted.
8. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect the products, we will usually process your refund within 7 business days .
Refunds will be processed using the same method used to pay for your order.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if the order hasn't been processed yet .
If the package has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can make a refund after delivery.
